What is the Breast and Cervical Cancer Program?
The program offers free clinical breast exams, mammograms, Pap tests, and other screenings to women ages 40 to 64.
To be eligible for services you must:
- Be a Maryland Resident
- Meet income guidelines
- Have no health insurance, or health insurance with a high deductible or one which does not cover screening services

What if there is something wrong with my mammogram
or Pap test?
Patients who have an abnormal mammogram or a test that needs to have further work-up or diagnosis, may qualify for the State of Maryland's Breast and Cervical Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Program.
The program is for anyone of any age for diagnosis and treatment of breast and cervical cancer only.
Is someone available to speak about Breast and Cervical Cancer?
A health care professional is available to speak to groups about breast and cervical cancer. Literature and other resources are also available.
