Personal Care Program
The Medical Assistance Personal Care Program helps qualified chronically ill or disabled persons remain in their homes by providing assistance with some of the normal activities of daily living.

The Personal Care program may be helpful to you or someone you know that is:

  1. Eligible for Medical Assistance
  2. Chronically ill
  3. Disabled is under a doctor´s care for a chronic illness or disability
  4. Needs help with simple daily activities
  5. Moderately at risk of institutionalization (i.e. nursing home)

Costs
Fees for services are determined on a sliding fee scale based on family income. Insurance reimbursement is accepted.
