Breast & Cervical Cancer Program
The program offers FREE clinical breast exams, mammograms, Pap tests, and other screenings to women ages 40 to 64.
To be eligible for services you must:
- Be a Maryland Resident
- Meet current income guidelines
- Have no health insurance, or health insurance with a high deductible or one which does not cover screening services
Breast & Cervical Cancer
The exams will be performed at local physician’s offices who participate with our program and the mammogram will be done at University of MD Shore Regional Medical Center at Chestertown (formerly Chester River Hospital Center.) We will schedule all your appointments at your convenience.

Breast Cervical Cancer Diagnosis
and Treatment Program
This program offers assistance to those who have been screened for Breast and/or Cervical Cancer and an abnormality has been found requiring workup. TO be eligible for this program, the women should be either uninsured or have not met the deductible on their medical insurance. Eligibility for this program depends on number of people in household and annual gross income. An application must be completed and a copy of paystubs, W2’s or proof of no income must be presented.
