The Kent County Administrative Care Coordination provides services to Maryland Medical Assistance recipients to help them navigate the system and access their health care benefits and local community resources. The Administrative Care Coordination also offers outreach to health care providers and the community.

The Ombudsman Program
The Ombudsman Program assist Medical Assistance recipients to ensure that they are receiving all of their health care benefits. The ombudsman teaches member about their services, rights and responsibilities and to resolve disputes between clients and MCO (Managed Care Organizations) through investigation, medication education
